WeGone! has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Long-press a chat message, photo, name, proposal, itinerary item, or Calcutta name and tap Report. That content is hidden from you immediately. We review reports and remove the content and, where needed, eject the person, typically within 24 hours. You can also Block someone so you no longer see their posts or get messages from them.
Tap the Guys chip on the Home screen, then Invite. You get a six-character code. Send it however you like. They install WeGone!, tap Join with a code, and they are on the trip.
That is what the Dates tab is for. Anybody can put up a weekend; everybody votes yes, maybe or no. When the group settles on one, lock it — the countdown and the itinerary pick up the real dates from there.
Deliberate. You can build the plan before anybody has agreed a weekend, and if the whole trip shifts a week you do not re-enter everything. Once dates are locked, each day shows its real date alongside.
Yes. Set the quantity — twelve cases of beer — and each man claims a share. The list shows who is bringing what and how many are still short.
Add ingredients to a meal, then tap the button to push them across. It is one deliberate action rather than automatic, because meals get voted down and edited, and a supply list that fills itself with things nobody is cooking stops being trusted.
A scoreboard for a fishing tournament. Every angler goes up for auction, bids are recorded, and the app adds them up and ranks the catches. It is bookkeeping — the app has no payments of any kind and never moves money. Whatever the group settles up afterwards happens between you.
Yes. Calcutta → menu → Species and rules → what you're playing for. Dollars, Brandon Bucks, points, beers. It changes the label on the numbers, nothing else.
Same screen. The species offered when logging a catch are yours to set, so a duck hunt does not inherit a saltwater menu. The Wall of Shame list is yours too — catfish and ladyfish are just the defaults.
The trip planner can nominate them on that screen. They can then run the auction and change the settings without being handed the rest of the trip.
Trip settings → Your tab bar → Edit → drag. This is yours alone; rearranging it does not move anybody else's. Which tabs the trip uses at all is a separate setting, and that one is the planner's.
No. Photos carry hidden GPS coordinates; WeGone! reads the date and camera model and discards the coordinates before storing anything. If you want to share where you are, the Location tab does that on purpose, with your own on/off switch and an expiry.
Trip settings → Hand the trip to somebody else. They become the owner and you stay on as a planner.
Tap the trip name at the top of Home, then Delete my account. What happens to shared content is explained in the privacy policy.
